NCAP ZONE 15 ASSESSMENT TEAM
2026 ASSESSMENT SCHEDULE:

The Zone Coordinator, Jeffrey Irving, will contact assessor regarding filling in the gray boxes; send him a note if you are interested in a particular date / camp.
Assessors that need to attend the online Zone 15 training seession - Schedule for 5 or 14 May 2026. Jeff will send invites to those still needed this session.

Click the link. Form will open in a new browser tab.
Then, click the blue "Continue" button at bottom of web page.
Select check boxes for the training session you will attend and the type assessments you are available for.
Make your choice for 1, 2, or 3 camps by clicking inside the dropdown box and selecting the camp of your choice.

Continue selecting boxes based on your availability for multiple camps.
Type in the name of any assessor you would like to be assigned with.
Complete the remaining boxes with your personal information.
When done - click the blue "Submit" button at bottom of the web page.
The table shows camps and dates you will see on the form - use the dropdown boxes on the form to select the camp.

ASSESSOR National Training
The National Camp Accreditation Program’s (NCAP) Online training must be taken annually.
To take this training course go to your My.Scouting.org account.
Login to your account:
Click on the "ScoutingU Volunteer Learn Center" graphic (located on the right side of the page just under the YPT graphic)
OR The training is on www.my.scouting.org > Learning Center > Catalog > Search for NCAP
On the Learning Center page, search for "NCAP", select the "Outdoor Programs"Learning Plan.
Complete these five modules.

NATIONAL and ZONE 15 ONLINE / ZOOM TRAINING SESSIONS
Those attending the in-person sessions are not required to attend the on-line sessions, but are welcome to.
In-person sessions are on 14 March 2026 in Columbia / Irmo, SC at Seven Oaks Presbyterian Church and on 11 April 2026 in Greensboro, NC at Old North State Council Scout Office.
There will also be online (Zoom) sessions on 5 May and May 14 (only need to attend one) for those that cannot make the in-person sessions for those that cannot attend the in-person sessions.
Use the 2025 Assessor Commitment Form to register for those sessions and indicate your availability and assessment location choices (form link is also at top of this page).
